July 6, 2008 - Blessing Parker

So this is all very late. You'll get over it. "Says I'm livin' too much in '82". This isn't that late. I guess I could talk about all three things I remember from kindergarten, like building the Brooklyn Bridge out of blocks (although that was in the '83 part of kindergarten) because it was the centennial of the Brooklyn Bridge.

So we blessed Parker in Utah on the 6th of July. Four months late is better than never. We did it at Mindy's parents house. It was kind of like our wedding reception except for the two kids who were ours and the fact that we weren't as young, good-looking (Mindy is still both) or clueless. Also, we got to eat some of the food afterward and I knew everyone that was there.

Getting back to blessing Parker, we blessed him and had four generations of Butler men in the circle. There were also four generations from mom's side, (me and Parker counting for two of those). Tommy and Jenni were also there. We had a good time seeing everyone.

Enjoy the photos. They are in no particular order.
